IDEMILI SOUTH TC CHAIRPERSON, HON. AMAKA OBI, COMMENCES DISTRIBUTION OF IMPROVED PALM SEEDLINGS IN THE COUNCIL AREA

 The transition comm chairman Idemili south LGA Hon Mrs Amaka Obi (Iyom Idemili) in collaboration with the ministry of Agriculture Anambra state flagged off the distribution of palm seedlings to wards in Idemili south LGA at the council secretariat Ojoto.

Distributing the seedlings Hon Obi said that  it is a special breed which can be easily harvested also it is of high benefits such as palm oil, broom, cream and to control flooding in the area.

The council boss then urged the TC Members, major stakeholders, PG's of wards and APGA Ward chairmen present to ensure that it gets to all house hold in the local government Area to enable them enjoy the dividends of the state. 

Receiving the seedlings the TC member representing Nnokwa  Hon Mrs Jane Egbuko thanked the executive governor Prof Chukwuma Soludo for allowing the grassroot to enjoy the dividends of the state through agriculture and promised that the wards in Idemili south will solidly support his administration in the grassroot for a better Anambra.
