TC CHAIRPERSON OF IDEMILI SOUTH,HON AMAKA OBI, COMMENDS RESIDENTS FOR ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING IN THE MONTHLY SANITATION EXERCISE

The transition committee chairman Idemili south LGA Hon Mrs Amaka Obi (Iyom Idemili) has extol indigenes of Idemili south for coming out en-mass in this months environmental sanitation exercise.


Speaking in a press interview,  Hon Obi said she is following the legacy of her leader the executive governor of Anambra state Prof Chukwuma Soludo who has put cleanliness at the top of his scale of preference. She went on to say that despite that today is Afor market day,all motorist,and market women in the 7 towns adhere strictly to the exercise. In addition she warned the people trading along the roads to hence fort desist from such,,stressing that local government taskforce Will confiscate any goods or vehicle parked along the road. 

The council boss then charged Aswama team to ensure that they go round the various communities with tipper to collect refuse dumps and deposit them at the final destination.

Those present at the environmental exercise were, the TC members, ASWAMA team, Red cross, market leaders and PG's of towns ,  party ward chairmen and all the park management leaders in idemili south LG.  Idemili south adibago ocha.
