 ANAMBRA DEPUTY GOVERNOR INUGURATES THE NEW EXECUTIVE MEMBERS ;  NATIONAL YOUTH COUNCIL OF NIGERIA ANAMBRA STATE.

As the newly elected NYCN Anambra state chapter gets inaugurated today, the Governor of Anambra state through his deputy, Dr. Onyeka Ibezim charged them to come up with programes that will benefit all. 

The deputy governor while inaugurating them expressed delight over their success during their election he reminded ndi Anambra  that the era of imposters parading themselves in any form or office is no longer accepted in the state.

Dr. Ibezim  adjured them to work on their already existing experiences stated that the objective of leadership is to make the lives of the people better. He advised them to throw away  their individual differences and bring in visions, plans and  programs together for their success and reminded them the need to engage in mentorship programms.

On his part the MD/CEO of Anambra Broadcasting Service, Sir Chido Obidiegwu congratulated the newly executive members of the association, called on them to learn, relearn and unlearn  on constant basis for them to succeed. 

He encouraged and prayed for unity amongst them and advised them to bring in their different talents together for their era to be successful

In his keynote address, the Chief of protocol/the deputy Chief of staff to the governor Hon. Chinedu Nwoye centered his address on Eccl 11 verse 9-10 called on them to channel their energies into something good and not evil. 


He advised them to shun cultism and its vices. Reminded them that they will all render accounts on how they spent their youthful age and called on each and every one of then to look inward to find out that God;s given talent and develop it and stop waiting for help from anyone.


Unveilling of the Youth TV, awards to the governor and deputy governor were given respectively. guard of honour was inspected by Mr. Deputy Governor, Colour pathing, handing over of the council's  flag from the out going to the incoming and welcome addresses from the duo Comrade Sam Egwuatu and Surveyor Emeka Obi respectively were delivered.


The event which took place at the Bishop Obiefuna pastoral center Okpuno bestowed on Mr. Deputy  Governor,  the grand commander of the youth award and had in attendance the chief of protocol to the governor/deputy chief of staff Hon. Chinedu Nwoye,  deputy chief of staff to the governor for the office of the deputy governor, Sir Ugochukwu Obiefuna, deputy chief of protocol to the governor for the office office of the deputy governor Mr. Emmanuel Obieze, ABS managing director Sir Chido Obidiegwu, Commissioners for Agriculture, Youth  and sports amongst others.
