Mr Deputy Governor who arrived at the market with other members of the State Executive Council, decried the indiscriminate building of shops in areas designated for loading and unloading, regretting that it almost became impossible for fire trucks and other rescue equipment to reach the scene, while commending the Federal and State Fire service, led by the fire Chief Agbili Martins who was on time to control the fire.
