Anambra State Association of Town Unions (ASATU) honours Obi Amaka Iyom

The Idemili Communities Chapter of Anambra State Association of Town Unions (ASATU)  has presented an award of honour to the Transition Committee Chairman of Idemili South Local Government, Hon Amaka Obi. 

While conferring the award on Hon Amaka, the National President of Ohanaze Ndị Igbo Anambra State chapter, Chief Emeka Udodeme  noted that the recognition were based on her effort in putting Idemili and Igbo land on the Global Map.

While responding to the presentation of award, Hon Amaka appreciated the ASATU chapter of Idemili North and South, the National President of the Union, Hon Barr Akpudo Titus (Ichaka Egbe-Eji-Egbu-Agu Eziowelle) and other communities President General (PGs) for deeming her worthy of the honour. 

She however, stressed that she dedicated the honour to God Almighty and her family.

 Anambra Flags-off Sensitization Campaign Against Fake, Adulterated Products By Vincent O Ezechukwu In its desirous effort to combat fake, adulterated products and ensure originality in Anambra State, the Anti Piracy Society of Nigeria, APSON, in collaboration with Healthy Living with Nonye Soludo and the State's Ministry of Health embarked on sensitization campaign against fake and adulterated products in the State.  ANAMBRA STATE POLICE COMMAND RECORDS ANOTHER BREAKTHROUGH, ARRESTS ONE NOTORIOUS SUSPECT AND RECOVERS ONE AK47 RIFLE IN THE CEILING OF AN APARTMENT. Police Operatives attached to the Special Anti-Cultism Squad Enugu-Ukwu acting on credible information on 6th December 2024 by 2.30 pm arrested one Miracle Mwakalor  (M) 18 years from Umubele village, Awka-South Local Government Area and recovered one AK47 Rifle and one magazine.  The Operatives burst the Criminal gang in their den during an evil debrief on how they want to commit havoc in Nibo, Awka South Local Government today.  Miracle was apprehended but his other gang members escaped.
