The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Barr. Sly Ezeokenwa, has described marriage as a journey of love, perseverance, and mutual respect.

Ezeokenwa made the remarks in Isuofia at the 31st wedding anniversary of Professor Charles Soludo and his wife, Mrs. Nonye Soludo, which he noted is a testament to their enduring commitment and love for each other.

The APGA National Chairman congratulated the couple on this remarkable milestone, highlighting the importance of their union as a source of inspiration for many. He observed that their strong bond and unwavering support for each other have set a positive example for others to emulate.


Ezeokenwa extended his warm wishes to the Soludos, wishing them continued joy, love, and happiness in the years ahead.

Earlier, the celebration of this remarkable milestone commenced with a holy mass, symbolizing the spiritual foundation of their union.

The executive Governor of Anambra State and the National Leader of APGA, Professor Charles Soludo CFR, expressed his joy at his 31st wedding anniversary and thanked everyone for their presence and support and reiterated the importance of love, understanding, and mutual support in building a lasting and meaningful marriage. Governor Soludo also shared personal anecdotes, expressing gratitude for the unwavering support of his wife, and the enduring love and commitment that have defined their union.


Among the highlights of the occasion were heartfelt speeches from friends and family, as well as a reaffirmation of their vows.
