The road infrastructure being built in the present Anambra are of the highest quality and durability, especially in light of the fact that the current administration is led by the three time best CBN governor in the world. In this regard, Soludo's government has taken a different approach to ensure that the infrastructure built under his leadership is of superior quality and built to last. This approach is all the more impressive given the paucity of funds, staggering inflation, and the fact that no loan was borrowed, even though the 7th Assembly approved a loan of N100 billion .

Soludo has set a new standard of excellence in road construction and commissioning. The state is the only one in Nigeria that mandates cement stabilization, laying of stone base, and proper drainage before the final asphalting, road marking, and provision of walkways on both sides of the road. This approach has been employed across the construction of 450 kilometers of roads, with 250 kilometers already completed. It is a historic achievement that has never been seen before in Anambra's history, as communities, elderly, farmers, shuttle, keke, and Okada riders are allowed to commission roads built for them.

The impact of this achievement can not be overstated as Soludo’s administration is constructing an average of 10km of road per month in his 24 months in office. He is determined to make doing business in Anambra State a seamless and pleasurable experience for all, and his efforts have not gone unnoticed. Ndi Anambra have expressed their satisfaction with the ongoing road infrastructure projects, which have been accompanied by the construction of Ekwulobia modern flyover and modern parks.
