 1 Youth 2 Skills Phase Two Ready To Launch.

All is set and plans perfected to kick off the long anticipated 1 Youth 2 Skills programme phase two.


Governor Chukwuma Soludo will on Thursday, 8th August, 2024 flagg off the phase two of the entrepreneurship programme for more youths to be empowered in Anambra State.


Recall that the pilot phase of the programme empowered 5000 Anambra youths in different trade and skills with the target to create youth millionaires and quality jobs.


The Commissioner for Youth Development, Mr Patrick Agha Mba announced the development today in Awka where he revealed that the second phase is expected to train and empower 8000 youths with 620 training centers carefully chosen across the 326 political wards in Anambra State.

Mr Agha Mba promised that the second phase will be community driven with improved services, proper monitoring and evaluation for the objective of the programme to be well achieved.

He appreciated Governor Chukwuma Soludo for his commitment towards giving Anambra youths quality and bright future especially at a time the country is going through economic crisis.


Mr Agha Mba expressed hope that the programme will produce great famers and skilled youths who will become employers of labour and contribute to the growth and development of the state.

Just In:  GOVERNOR SOLUDO RESCUES TANYA OKPALA… — Orders immediate rehabilitation.  Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo CFR. has announced that Ms. Tania Okpala, a US based Tennis player is now in the custody of the Anambra State Government. According to a post on his official social media handles, the Governor stated; “Tania Okpala(Fmr Tennis champion) is now in the custody of the Anambra State Government.
