 Soludo's Aide, Omenugha Moves To Unify Building Artisans, Craftsmen In Anambra State.

In line with Anambra State Government efforts to eradicate quackery in all sectors of the state, the Special Adviser to Governor Soludo on Youth Empowerment Programme, Dr Nelson Omenugha, has initiated moves to unite building artisans and craftsmen to maintain standards in the quality of services they provide. 

Dr Omenugha, in pursuance of this objective, held a crucial meeting with the Association of Building  Artisans and Craftsmen of Nigeria ABACON, and other selected selected members of other professional bodies associated with building development.

The meeting which was held at the SSG Conference Hall, Government House, Awka also attracted the members of the Southeast zone of ABACON.

During the meeting, Dr Omenugha noted that building artisans and craftsmen are critical in sanitizing the sector targeted at ending m building collapse in the state.

He noted that part of the measures is to get all the building artisans and craftsmen registered and provided with a means of identification and ensure all of them are certified.

He emphasized that their activities when put in check will get issue of building collapse half solved and will also help to identify bad eggs who bring bad names to building artisans and craftsmen.

He noted that Governor Soludo is determined to make Anambra livable and prosperous, adding that no sector will be left behind in the new Anambra project.
