 SECURITY IN ANAMBRA: POLICE RECOVER SUSPECTED STOLEN VEHICLES IN A SEPARATE ONSLAUGHT AGAINST CRIMINAL ELEMENTS IN THE STATE


Today 7th December 2024, the Anambra State Police Command within two weeks in a separate onslaught operations against criminal elements in the State wishes to inform members of the public especially *Ndi Anambra* of the following recovered vehicles in the Command. They include: 


*1. TOYOTA COROLLA CAR (RED COLOUR)* *WITH REG. NO. ENUGU - AGN 409 AA*


*2. UNREGISTERED LEXUS ES 350 (ASH COLOUR)*


*3. MITSUBISHI HILUX (BLUE COLOUR) WITH REG NO: GDD 440 TJ*


*4. LEXUS ES 330 CAR (ASH COLOUR) WITH REG NO: ACA 551 MA*


*5. TOYOTA HIGHLANDER JEEP (GREY COLOUR) WITH REG NO: SMK 544 GP*


Given the above, the Command invites anyone or group looking for any of the vehicles as highlighted above, to come to the office of the *Police Public Relations Office Awka* with valid Proof/Evidence of Ownership of such vehicles for verification and possible collection, please.

 ANAMBRA STATE GOVERNMENT AND ORGANIZED LABOUR MEET, ADDRESS SEVEN POINT ISSUES RAISED By Christian ABURIME Anambra State government and leaders of the organized Labour Union in the state met at the Executive Chamber, Government House, Awka where the seven issues raised by labour were addressed. Governor Chukwuma Soludo and other top government officials met and addressed all the issues at an over three hour meeting behind closed doors. Addressing the Press, the State Chairman of Nigeria Labour Union, Comrade Humphrey Nwafor explained that Governor Soludo has suspended the contributory pension scheme and set up a committee to take up the matter, with a view to investigating the money deductions, why they were made and report back within eight weeks.
